TL;DR
Graduate Bootcamp (Events): A 10-week paid program providing real-world experience across key departments in a B2B events business with an accent on commercial understanding and industry leadership. Focus on contributing to live projects and gaining exposure to operations, marketing, content, and digital marketing strategies.
Location: Full in-office attendance at our Hammersmith HQ, London, UK, is required for the duration of the Bootcamp.

What you will do
- Rotate across five core business areas: Operations, Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing & Technology, and Professional Development.
- Contribute to live projects and gain practical experience in delivering B2B events.
- Learn from industry leaders to develop commercial understanding and career confidence.
- Drive campaign performance, customer acquisition, and audience growth in Digital Marketing.
- Gain exposure to product strategy, CX systems, CRM, and event platforms.
- Participate in a dedicated Professional Development Sprint focusing on core workplace skills and commercial awareness.
Requirements

- Skills: Strong organisational skills are a must across all departments.
- Location: Full in-office attendance at our Hammersmith HQ, London, UK, is required.
- Assessment Days: Must be able to attend in person on 31st March or 9th April 2026 in London.
