TL;DR

Senior Solutions Consultant (Design): Partnering with North American Strategic and Enterprise Account Executives to understand customer needs and deliver tailored hirify.global demos, with an accent on creative workflows, brand governance, and AI-assisted creation. Focus on designing scalable enterprise solutions and collaborating cross-functionally to support the full customer journey.

Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office in Austin, Texas)

What you will do

• Lead high-impact discovery with enterprise customers to understand creative workflows and pain points.
• Design and deliver tailored hirify.global demos for brand, design, and marketing stakeholders.
• Advise on brand governance, template systems, and approval workflows.
• Create reusable playbooks, enablement content, and solution guides for AMER.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Technical Pre-Sales.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, consulting, enterprise onboarding, or creative ops.
• Background in graphic design, brand design, or creative operations.
• Confidence in facilitating workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders and large groups.
• Organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable running multiple opportunities at once.
• Strong visual storytelling and a designer’s eye in customer interactions.
