Salary: $184,000–$230,000/yr

What you will do

• Own customer onboarding experiences to significantly drive conversion rates.
• Increase onboarding conversion by simplifying and clarifying complex payroll and expansion processes.
• Develop and launch AI-powered customer experiences, including an AI agent to guide customers through onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with core experiences, other growth teams, and product teams associated with onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
• Hands-on experience building and launching AI-powered customer experiences.
• Deep understanding of small business challenges and ability to articulate their pain points effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling, action-oriented messaging for small business audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-informed approach to decision-making.
