Senior Deal Operations Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Deal Operations Analyst (Salesforce): Providing concierge assistance and operational deal support to the Field for QTC activities necessary to execute revenue with an accent on resolving issues and answering questions on quoting and programs. Focus on connecting Sales with internal subject matter experts and proactively resolving queries independently.

Location: Flexible in Manila. Periodic visit to office and minimal travel as necessary.

What you will do

• Be a main point of contact for Global Sales and Renewal teams, navigating quote tools and processes.
• Conduct virtual 1:1 calls with Sales to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Facilitate answers and resolutions with internal departments on Sales’ behalf.
• Connect Sales with internal subject matter experts, i.e., Deal Desk, Order Management, Licensing, Product Management, IT, etc.
• Inform IT and Quote to Cash BPA team of system bugs and challenges, and follow up with teams to resolve.
• Perform projects as assigned by management, showing initiative and participating in team meetings.

Requirements

• Ability to work 4am-1pm Manila timezone.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience and using Salesforce.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be detail-oriented.
• Team player who enjoys working in a team environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to constant and rapid change.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, customer experience, or operations.
• Expert customer service skills and strong communication skills.
