What you will do
- Develop industry and location-based accounts and set up quality appointments for Account Executives.
- Manage account lists of contacts and strategize outreach via emails, calls, and social media.
- Manage the sales pipeline through vetting, qualification, and prioritization.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of hirify.global's products and services.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, marketing, and sales leadership to drive effectiveness.
- Aim to develop skills with a strong learning and teaching mindset.
Requirements
- 2+ years Enterprise B2B sales experience.
- Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Prior experience in financial services or data/technology sectors.
- Experience with prospecting tools such as SalesForce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and 6Sense.
- Highly self-motivated, coachable, and adaptable to change.
- Must be able to work remotely from anywhere within the United States.
