What you will do
- Handle and resolve learner inquiries across various communication channels.
- Provide accurate information to understand and resolve learner issues effectively.
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners and the global support community for complex feedback.
- Observe user trends and share insights for continuous product and process improvements.
- Maintain service excellence in line with established quality and efficiency benchmarks.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Success or Support roles.
- Native-level proficiency in Turkish with excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Intermediate level proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to operate independently with high accountability.
- University degree and a strong interest in the EdTech/Language learning industry.
