What you will do
- Execute and support operational workflows across Customer Success, integration operations, and Sales Development.
- Turn manual Go-to-Market workflows into AI-assisted automations using tools like CoWork and N8N.
- Build lightweight automation patterns and “guardrails” (QA steps, exception handling) to ensure dependability.
- Create operational assets such as runbooks, checklists, and templates for scalability.
- Improve CRM hygiene workflows, including enrichment standards and data completeness.
- Measure the impact of automations, track performance improvements, and iterate based on feedback.
