Salary: $102,000.00 - $216,000.00 USD (depending on location).

What you will do

• Design compelling client pitch decks and presentations for Pharma Direct solutions.
• Develop case study visuals and external-facing marketing collateral, translating data into engaging stories.
• Partner with Sales, Strategy, and Marketing teams to tailor narratives for distinct pharma audiences.
• Create internal meeting decks to facilitate team alignment and decision-making.
• Transform complex information and datasets into clear visual frameworks (charts, diagrams, infographics).
• Manage and evolve a visual asset library to ensure brand consistency and reusability.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in visual design, communications, or marketing (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of design experience, preferably within tech, agency, or client-side creative team.
• Strong client interface skills with an active point-of-view towards brand messaging.
• Portfolio demonstrating diversity of ideas, storytelling, and problem-solving.
• Expert level experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
