What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, document, and refine business requirements.
• Serve as the primary business representative to delivery teams.
• Prioritize and manage backlogs for two IT teams through the full SDLC.
• Act as the day-to-day decision-maker for execution teams.
• Lead requirement validation, documentation, and metric development.
• Identify and mitigate operational and delivery risks.
