What you will do

• Develop profitable business through client relationship building and account management.
• Expand relationships to increase opportunities and impact clients’ business success.
• Develop hypotheses about client business issues and recommend strategic solutions.
• Lead the delivery of complex projects ensuring client satisfaction.
• Support relationship development with large key clients and act as a relationship manager.
• Contribute to thought leadership and deepen consulting skills.

Requirements

• Relevant higher (Master’s or Doctorate) degree plus considerable (10+ years) relevant work experience in a consultancy and/or a client HR function in progressively larger and more complex/high impact client situations.
• Alternatively, significant work experience (10+ years) in a top tier professional services firm.
