What you will do

• Communicate with stakeholders to detail solution requirements.
• Evaluate design requirements and provide guidance for greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Develop and validate solution architectures, including Proof-of-Concept (PoC) testing.
• Document industrial and digital automation network designs.
• Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge and provide feedback to Sales, Product Management, and Engineering/R&D teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering, design, and implementation.
• Experience with mission critical network design/architecture.
• Experience navigating converged IT/OT environments and deploying tools for SCADA, NMS, and ICS.
• Engineering Graduate with focus on ethernet networking, industrial systems & controls, and/or low latency & high reliability digital communications.
• Honed analytical skills that support troubleshooting issues and detailing effective solutions.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (30%+ frequency required).
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Experience with networking technologies (802.3, 802.11, 4G/5G) or IEC 62443.
• Experience with edge orchestration, cloud integration, wireless systems, or cybersecurity.
• Exposure to coding in Python, Java, and/or Node-Red.
