What you will do

• Drive feature execution and delivery by collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and engineers.
• Make critical decisions, foresee issues, and resolve them proactively.
• Manage daily stand-ups as Scrum Master and partner with Product Owners on objectives and priorities.
• Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members.
• Advocate for technical excellence, participate in architecture discussions and cross-functional planning.
• Maintain and encourage culture by interviewing and hiring qualified individuals.

Requirements

• A related technical degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience managing teams on technically demanding projects.
• 10+ years of overall experience leading software development projects.
• Experience leading large-scale distributed systems, microservices, and/or distributed architecture.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, Postgres) in both schema and function.
• Proven ability to switch between hands-on technical problem-solving and empowering the team.
• Excellent skills in building roadmaps and developing long-term team vision.
