What you will do

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become a subject matter expert for supported teams.
• Build and maintain diverse sourcing pipelines using multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, internal talent pools, events, referrals).
• Conduct targeted outreach and manage candidate engagement through early-stage funnel steps.
• Share talent market insights to influence sourcing strategy and prioritization.
• Use data to track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing experience (or equivalent in recruiting) with a focus on technical or engineering roles.
• Experience sourcing for Infrastructure Engineering roles (preferred) or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates using structured strategies.
• Strong collaboration skills and clear, thoughtful communication style.
• Commitment to delivering an inclusive, candidate-first experience.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools (ideally Greenhouse, Gem, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter).
