What you will do
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become a subject matter expert for supported teams.
- Build and maintain diverse sourcing pipelines using multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, internal talent pools, events, referrals).
- Conduct targeted outreach and manage candidate engagement through early-stage funnel steps.
- Share talent market insights to influence sourcing strategy and prioritization.
- Use data to track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sourcing experience (or equivalent in recruiting) with a focus on technical or engineering roles.
- Experience sourcing for Infrastructure Engineering roles (preferred) or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates using structured strategies.
- Strong collaboration skills and clear, thoughtful communication style.
- Commitment to delivering an inclusive, candidate-first experience.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools (ideally Greenhouse, Gem, ChatGPT, LinkedIn Recruiter).
