Technical Deployment Lead (AI): Defining how hirify.global delivers complex AI systems to customers by owning their build, shipment, adoption, and defining strategy with an accent on translating business outcomes into technical plans and running day-to-day execution. Focus on embedding with customers to land production deployments, driving adoption, and codifying reusable solution patterns to improve product and models.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in office), New York City or San Francisco, USA. Relocation assistance offered. Travel between 25%-50% is required.

Salary: $198,000–$335,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent work streams, translating business objectives into roadmaps.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution, tracking progress, unblocking, and making real-time trade-offs.
• Embed with customer teams to land production deployments, drive adoption, and lead change management.
• Partner with Product and Research to ensure platform components and research work streams support deployment goals.
• Codify solution patterns and evaluations, packaging field signals to improve products and models.
• Own value cases and ROI, setting impact hypotheses and measuring pre-/post-deployment results.

Requirements

• 7+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership.
• Track record of successfully leading large, complex customer engagements, ideally involving AI.
• Ability to thrive in high ambiguity environments, simplifying complex and dynamic work.
• Strong technical fluency and sharp sequencing instincts, confident in discussing technical details and architectures.
• Experience shipping AI/LLM systems, understanding solution patterns and production pitfalls.
• Expertise in at least one major sector (e.g., healthcare, energy, financial services, semiconductors, IT).
