What you will do

• Design and develop analog IP and mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, etc.).
• Apply innovative solutions to resolve complex design issues within deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Utilize IC design CAD tools such for simulation and verification.
• Perform lab testing to evaluate prototype units against design specifications.
• Contribute to the Central Engineering business group, providing IP for various sectors like Automotive and Networking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Analog IC Design.
• BS/MS/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with mixed signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias circuits, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies and low power/high speed design techniques.
• Proficiency with IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
• Lab testing skills for prototype evaluation.
• English: B2 required.
