What you will do

• Design and implement CMOS transceiver/SERDES products, including PLL, DLL, ADC, regulators, amplifiers, TX, RX, CDRs.
• Perform design verification using industry standard tools such as SPICE, Spectre, and MATLAB.
• Carry out layout activities in nanometric technologies and supervise physical design.
• Characterize, debug, and validate designs in the lab independently or with test engineers.
• Generate design-related documents, application specifications, and support customers and FAEs as needed.
• Interface with digital and SOC teams to facilitate design integration and cross-functional verifications.

Requirements

• Master’s degree and/or PhD in Electrical Engineering with 2-3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
• Hands-on experience in designing mixed-signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias circuits, and regulators.
• Strong knowledge of IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Hsim, and Verilog.
• Lab testing skills to evaluate prototype units to design specifications.
