Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (SaaS): Leading client implementations of the hirify.global platform, managing project plans and resources throughout onboarding and growth phases with an accent on developing comprehensive deployment and change management plans. Focus on guiding customers on leveraging hirify.global APIs/SDKs and identifying technical roadblocks for organization-wide rollouts.

Location: This is a hybrid role, and as such, we require all applicants to be able to commute to central Tokyo at least 2 times per week.

What you will do

• Lead new hirify.global customer implementations, managing project plans and resources.
• Develop comprehensive plans for deployment, change management, and adoption programs.
• Communicate implementation status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders.
• Guide customers on leveraging hirify.global APIs and SDKs to meet their use cases.
• Facilitate customer-facing workshops and develop technical deployment plans.
• Foster internal knowledge exchange and enablement for colleagues and partners.

Requirements

• Familiarity with implementing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
• Several years of experience working on enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong application functional expertise and expertise in business application deployment cycles.
• Project management experience.
• 5+ years of consulting experience.
• 5+ years of client-facing experience.
• Excellent presentation skills for both business-oriented solutions and advanced technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software and common concepts/integrations (e.g., SAP, Workday, Single Sign-on, Active Directory).
• Knowledge about security and compliance topics in a SaaS environment.
