Location: Must be based in the United States, with travel required for vendor visits, industry events, and strategic meetings.

Salary: $88,700.00 – $150,800.00 per year

What you will do

  • Set and execute go-to-market strategies for ProAV solution categories, including sales, marketing, pricing, and inventory tactics.
  • Manage the financial health and P&L for assigned vendor categories, ensuring maximum platform usage.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, serving as the main point of contact.
  • Identify growth opportunities, new product offerings, and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead negotiations with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contractual agreements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and emerging ProAV technologies.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum five years’ functional experience, including at least three years specific experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the platform industry, including cloud-based solutions and SaaS.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to make significant contributions to processes and systems and deliver comprehensive GTM plans.
