What you will do

• Design, implement, and integrate modern voice solutions aligned with strategic roadmaps.
• Lead a team to deliver and support high‑quality engineering change for resilient and scalable voice solutions.
• Deliver and support the next generation of AI capabilities to enhance customer and colleague experience.
• Support automation and orchestration to improve efficiency and service reliability.
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues during major incidents.
• Provide technical insight and recommendations to guide solution choices and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Strong experience with large‑scale telephony platforms and enterprise voice solutions (SIP, CX, CCaaS, Avaya, Genesys, Verint, RingCentral).
• Proven ability to influence engineering outcomes and assess technical risk.
• Good understanding of automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools such as Python, Jenkins, Harness, Ansible, Terraform, or Docker.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams and with vendor partners.
• Experience supporting roadmap activities, identifying technical debt, and contributing to platform health.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to investigate complex technical challenges and validate solutions.
