What you will do

• Solve complex design challenges with confidence.
• Build wireframes and user flows informed by user testing and design research.
• Partner closely with product managers to ship new features and designs from scratch.
• Conduct user testing with both internal and external stakeholders to validate design thinking.
• Work directly with other designers to ship prototypes and designs that create great customer experiences.
• Build relationships with engineers to ensure faithful delivery of design concepts.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years experience working in a Product Design team and collaborating with product managers and other designers.
• Possess excellent communication skills in English and an ability to manage multiple stakeholders across remote working environments.
• Have designed for SaaS web dashboards, or data-heavy visualization tools.
• Must be legally able to work in the Czech Republic.

Nice to have

• A strong portfolio showcasing past UX/UI case studies from start to finish.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS products and their typical end-user personas.
• Experience within a startup environment or smaller design team, including experience being the sole or founding designer.
• Familiarity with moderately complex design problems, often involving displaying large amounts of data or catering a user experience to multiple user types.
• Humility, kindness, and respect in working with others.
• Eagerness to start something new and commit to an ambitious plan.
• A playful, imaginative mind with an ability to think creatively, or a deeply analytical approach.
