What you will do

• Provide operational IT support to end users and for critical systems.
• Manage workplace environments and collaboration/meeting-room solutions.
• Deliver high-level VIP and executive support ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Coordinate effectively with external suppliers and internal technical teams.
• Resolve issues rapidly and maintain organizational priorities in high-demand environments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in operational IT support with end users and critical systems.
• Hands-on expertise in workplace management and collaboration/meeting-room solutions.
• Proven track record in providing high-level VIP and executive support.
• Strong ability to coordinate with external suppliers and internal technical teams.
• Excellent organizational and priority management skills in high-demand settings.
• Outstanding communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.
