What you will do

• Lead CRM service projects from analysis through implementation and hypercare.
• Manage backlogs and work items in Azure DevOps using Agile methodologies.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate global, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Apply technical familiarity with process modeling tools, integration concepts (APIs), and data migration workflows.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading CRM service projects.
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience migrating or defining processes from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Fluent English communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
