What you will do

• Test backend and middleware applications.
• Validate AI components and apply machine learning models to optimize testing coverage.
• Design and execute comprehensive integration test plans and automated regression strategies.
• Perform root cause analysis, including log analysis and diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with development teams and document defects.
• Mentor teams on AI-powered testing practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience testing backend or middleware applications, preferably within banking or brokerage systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI testing tools for automated test generation, anomaly detection, and failure prediction.
• Strong expertise in root cause analysis, including log analysis and diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency in Linux environments, including shell commands, scripting, and process troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive integration test plans and automated regression strategies.
• Experience validating AI components and applying machine learning models to optimize testing coverage.
• English: B2 required.
