What you will do

• Operate and engineer Identity and Access Management systems within financial or high-security environments.
• Manage the full IAM lifecycle, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.
• Perform access risk assessments and implement security models based on Zero Trust principles.
• Automate IAM processes using scripting and API integrations.
• Manage incidents and user lifecycles using ITSM ticketing tools.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations and engineering.
• Expertise in directory technologies including Active Directory, LDAP, and Microsoft 365 Identity Governance.
• Strong knowledge of cloud identity platforms such as Entra ID, AWS, and Azure.
• Experience with identity governance tools like SailPoint IIQ or CyberArk.
• Technical proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Java) and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
