What you will do

• Serve as primary contact for internal and external customer service requests, providing clear and timely responses.
• Prepare and manually program NXP engineering products and configure security products.
• Develop strategies, processes, and code to automate workflows and create templates.
• Perform tasks involving secure processing of confidential data and ensure compliance with data protection and security standards.
• Suggest and implement ideas to make operations more efficient and secure.
• Arranged and manage user access permissions and roles to relevant applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Information, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in related fields.
• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of scripting and programming (e.g., Powershell, C++).
• Experience with common collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
• Basic understanding of quality improvement methods.
