TL;DR

Business Analyst: Supporting the definition, refinement, and delivery of key initiatives across enterprise platforms with an accent on shaping clear requirements and supporting solution design. Focus on defining business and functional requirements, and enabling new commercial and operational capabilities within hybrid agile and waterfall environments.

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire - Hybrid 2-3 days on-site per week

What you will do

• Work across technical and business domains, shaping clear requirements.
• Support solution design in collaboration with Solution Architects and third-party technology partners.
• Contribute across the full delivery lifecycle in hybrid agile and waterfall environments.
• Define business and functional requirements for core enterprise and third-party systems.
• Enable new commercial and operational capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst within complex systems or transformation programmes.
• Comfortable operating across both agile and waterfall delivery models.
• Experience working closely with Solution Architects and external technology vendors.
• Proven ability to define clear, structured business and functional requirements.
• Exposure to enterprise systems and integration projects.
• Confident managing stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience delivering enhancements across customer-facing or operational platforms.

Nice to have

• SAP experience.
• Broader PM/BA capability advantageous within hybrid product/project environments.
