What you will do

• Lead end-to-end digital PR campaigns to secure high-authority backlinks and grow organic visibility.
• Drive media relations and outreach, building relationships with US and Canadian journalists.
• Shape the creative direction, processes, and vision for a new Digital PR sub-team.
• Position the brand as a market leader through consistent media coverage.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, and marketing stakeholders to align campaigns.
• Develop repeatable, scalable Digital PR strategies for long-term impact.

Requirements

• A proven track record of landing coverage and backlinks across US and Canadian media.
• A desire for developing standout, newsworthy campaign ideas.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and uncover a story in data, trends, and expert insight.
• Confident and persuasive in pitching stories and building journalist relationships.
• Comfortable analyzing data and pulling out insights to support campaign angles.
• A self-starter who can run campaigns end-to-end while thriving in a fast-moving, collaborative team environment.
