Location: Charlotte, NC. Work format: Hybrid (3 days in office).

What you will do

Consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted engineering challenges.
Contribute to resolving complex situations, ensuring functional understanding and compliance.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Requirements

Must be willing to work on W2 ONLY, NO C2C.
5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
Experience with Java, React, and databases (DB).
Background in IAM.
Ability to build scalable systems at speed.
Leverage AI to deliver at a fast pace.
