What you will do

• Lead large-scale capital markets technology programs, coordinating cross-functional teams across trading desks, risk, compliance, and engineering.
• Drive Agile and Scrum delivery as a Scrum Master or Technical Program Manager, managing sprint planning, backlogs, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with business stakeholders, including traders, risk officers, and compliance teams, to translate complex requirements into detailed technical roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions meet market regulations, security standards, and operational needs for real-time trading and risk systems.
• Manage global teams and align stakeholder expectations, demonstrating strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in capital markets technology, specifically in trading, risk management, or post-trade processing systems.
• Strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience as Scrum Master or Technical Program Manager in financial services.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with business, compliance, and engineering teams.
• Ability to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of financial products, trading platforms, market data, and regulatory frameworks like MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, or Basel.
• Previous experience working in high-frequency trading, electronic trading, or quantitative risk systems.
• Technical expertise in cloud platforms, data architecture, APIs, and security protocols relevant to capital markets.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, with a focus on automation and continuous deployment in financial systems.
