Senior Kotlin/Java Developer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Senior Kotlin/Java Developer (Fintech): Designing, developing, testing, and deploying new features and microservices for the full collection process lifecycle with an accent on clean, testable, and efficient code. Focus on robust API design, handling multithreading and async processing, and working with distributed systems.

Location: Remote (Global). The workday should start no later than 2 PM (GMT+8)/7 AM (CET) to ensure effective collaboration within our international team.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new features and microservices.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code.
• Work closely with BI, QA, and SRE teams.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

Requirements

• Strong Kotlin skills (or solid Java experience with a willingness to transition to Kotlin).
• Strong knowledge of Spring ecosystem.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, multithreading, and async processing.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or other RDBMS.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Fluent in Russian.
• English: reading and writing technical documentation required.
