Location: Budapest, Hungary. Work model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office).

What you will do

• Provide advanced L2 troubleshooting for complex mobility incidents escalated from L1.
• Manage technical roadmaps for MDM platforms including JAMF Pro, IBM MaaS360, and Ivanti.
• Assess Apple and Android OS changes and translate them into enterprise impact and actions.
• Enforce mobile security and compliance policies across managed devices.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses of recurring mobility issues and document long-term remediation plans.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles for global teams.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Enterprise Mobility Management.
• Strong hands-on expertise with JAMF Pro (iOS/iPadOS).
• Experience managing IBM MaaS360 for Android and corporate mobility.
• Working knowledge of Ivanti mobility capabilities.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, and Android Enterprise.
• Fluency in Italian and good command of English.

Nice to have

• JAMF 200 / 300 certification.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience supporting business-critical or geographically distributed user groups.
