Location: Hybrid in London, UK (25% in office)

Salary: £150,000–£170,000 GBP annually

What you will do

• Own the technical delivery plan, structuring SOWs with clear scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Lead technical discovery, mapping customer workflows and shaping solution architectures for AI agent deployments.
• Run day-to-day engineering execution and delivery across hirify.global and customer teams, managing scope and priority.
• Own product scoping for field engagements, defining MVP, authoring requirements, and prioritizing the engineering backlog.
• Manage the customer relationship throughout delivery, including executive briefings and stakeholder communications.
• Define impact hypotheses, set KPIs, and measure ROI for deployments, reporting outcomes to executive sponsors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing technical delivery leadership experience.
• Experience delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and own technical direction.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-stakes technical projects for enterprise clients in regulated industries.
• Executive presence and comfort representing the company to senior leaders.
• Ability to travel to customer sites (25–50% expected).

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, healthcare/life sciences, or pharmaceutical verticals.
• Background at a Forward Deployed Engineering company or Big 3 / Big 4 consulting firms.
• Exceptional understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and orchestration architectures.
