TL;DR

Senior Backend Developer: Designing and upgrading robust backend applications and services with an accent on database architecture and API development. Focus on implementing SOLID principles, design patterns, and integrating DevSecOps tools within an Agile environment.

Location: Hybrid, 2x a week in the Porto office. Must be based in Portugal, or have Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.

What you will do

  • Design and upgrade robust backend applications and architectures.
  • Develop complex stored procedures and manage database architecture.
  • Implement RESTful APIs.
  • Integrate and manage DevSecOps tools like CheckMarx and SonarQube.
  • Work within Agile methodologies.
  • Contribute to automated testing frameworks.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of professional experience with C#, .NET, and .NET Framework.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (DB architecture, complex stored procedures, views).
  • Experience in establishing automated testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.
  • Experience working with Agile methods.
  • English: B2 level proficiency.
  • Availability for a hybrid work model, 2x a week in the Porto office.
  • Must be based in Portugal, or have Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.

Nice to have

  • Proven experience in integrating and managing DevSecOps tools like CheckMarx, SonarQube.
  • Proficiency in Angular.
  • Knowledge and experience working with IIS.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, XL Deploy, XL Release.
