TL;DR

Brand Designer: Breathing life into the hirify.global brand with design skills and branding expertise, ensuring high-quality design solutions that connect with the audience and reflect the brand's unique identity. Location: Hybrid (required to work from the office in Zurich on Thursdays, with flexibility for remote work the rest of the week).

What you will do

  • Execute on the new visual identity and help shape brand guidelines.
  • Lead design projects from concept through delivery.
  • Contribute creative expertise to campaign planning and execution.
  • Design and create digital and physical collateral for brand and marketing initiatives.
  • Review design work from external partners to ensure high quality and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • +6 years of experience from a branding/creative agency or working within an in-house team.
  • Proven track record of building brands and adapting designs to respective brands.
  • Highly skilled in Figma and equally adept with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to manage a variety of design projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility, passion for branding, and exceptional typography skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

  • German language skills.
  • After Effects proficiency.
