TL;DR

Business Development Executive (Sales): Proactively identifying and engaging prospective customers within a defined territory to win new business and achieve targets, with an accent on face-to-face meetings and building long-term customer relationships. Focus on understanding customer needs, using value-led sales approaches, and representing hirify.global as a professional ambassador.

Location: Onsite in Wigan, UK. This is a fully field-based sales role within a defined territory. Requires a full UK driving licence.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers in your defined territory through outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Win new business and achieve performance targets using effective, value-led sales approaches.
  • Develop strong knowledge across hirify.global’s products and solutions through provided training.
  • Share insights from the field to help improve products and customer experience.
  • Represent hirify.global as a credible, professional, and values-led ambassador within your territory.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
  • Confidence engaging with new people and building rapport.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset, resilience, and the ability to overcome objections.
  • A strong willingness to learn and continuously develop.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • English: B2 required.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
