- Proactively identify and engage prospective customers in your defined territory through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Meet customers face-to-face to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Win new business and achieve performance targets using effective, value-led sales approaches.
- Develop strong knowledge across hirify.global’s products and solutions through provided training.
- Share insights from the field to help improve products and customer experience.
- Represent hirify.global as a credible, professional, and values-led ambassador within your territory.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
- Confidence engaging with new people and building rapport.
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
- A proactive, self-driven mindset, resilience, and the ability to overcome objections.
- A strong willingness to learn and continuously develop.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- English: B2 required.
- Full UK driving licence required.
