What you will do

• Lead and apply best practices in AI-driven software lifecycle management, from ideation to production deployment.
• Build scalable backend services with AI at their core, handling millions of users and requests daily.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analytics, data scientists, and backend engineers to enable AI solutions.
• Explore and apply state-of-the-art technologies to deliver customer benefits.
• Define success criteria and align model metrics with business goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience, with 2+ years bringing AI models to production.
• Expertise in data mining algorithms and statistical modeling techniques (classification, regression, clustering, anomaly detection, text mining).
• Strong understanding of software design and architecture processes.
• Experience with cloud production-grade, high-scale microservices environments.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration in AI workflows, and AI observability practices.
• Exposure to Knowledge Graphs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or semantic search.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Data Science languages, tools, and frameworks (Python, R, SQL, SKLearn, NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, Keras).
• Familiarity with vector databases.
• Machine Learning experience.
