What you will do

• Define the creative standard and visual language for executive storytelling and sales enablement.
• Champion and integrate AI as a force multiplier to scale creative output and enhance design quality.
• Mentor and cultivate a high-talent creative team, fostering strong relationships and raising the bar for execution.
• Lead end-to-end creative strategy across all priority channels, ensuring a compelling brand voice.
• Architect AI-enabled creative systems and production workflows.
• Direct integrated campaigns, overseeing design, copy, and motion for a cohesive brand experience.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in progressive creative leadership roles with a strong portfolio.
• Obsession with high standards and ability to provide constructive critique.
• Operational sophistication in building creative production "machines" (intake, briefs, delivery).
• Outcome-oriented approach, leveraging AI to accelerate delivery and impact.
• Demonstrated people leadership experience in coaching and developing talent.
• Adaptability to shifting priorities and ability to use AI/tools for accelerated delivery.
