TL;DR

Operations and QA Manager (Mobile Gaming): Overseeing and optimizing in-game activities and live operations with an accent on coordinating across multiple teams and managing technical aspects of live events, promotions, and game features. Focus on configuring, validating, and managing promotions, features, live events, and A/B testing end-to-end, and performing basic manual testing to ensure proper functionality and timely resolutions of issues.

Location: Onsite in Tel-Aviv, Israel

What you will do

  • Configure, validate, and manage promotions, features, live events, and A/B testing across Android and iOS platforms.
  • Set up and control game features, pricing, asset management, and segmentation via the Back-End system.
  • Perform basic manual testing on configurations and live features to confirm functionality and resolve issues.
  • Analyze logs, investigate live production issues, and reproduce bugs to provide detailed reports.
  • Track production alerts, logs, daily KPIs, and app performance using analytics tools.
  • Work with Monetization, Economy, Product, Art, and R&D teams to align configurations with business goals.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a technical, operational, engineering, or QA-related role.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and operate multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with manual testing processes and workflows, particularly in live operational environments.
  • Highly attentive to detail, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset, with a proactive and independent approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Availability to work off-hours when necessary.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Mobile QA.
  • Scripting Language experience.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Previous experience in CRM.
