QA & Operations Manager (Mobile Games)

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel

hirify.global is a mobile games company developing casual games, including Dice Dreams and Domino Dreams, for a global player audience.

What you will do

• Configure, validate, and manage promotions, live events, game features, and A/B tests across Android and iOS.
• Set up pricing, assets, segmentation, and other game configurations through the back-end system.
• Perform manual testing, investigate production issues, reproduce bugs, and prepare detailed reports.
• Track alerts, logs, daily KPIs, and app performance using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with Monetization, Economy, Product, Art, and R&D teams on live operations and the monetization calendar.
• Improve operational workflows and coordinate technical requests between departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a technical, operational, engineering, or QA-related role.
• Familiarity with manual testing processes, troubleshooting, and live operational environments.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Availability to work off-hours when necessary.

Nice to have

• Previous mobile QA experience.
• Scripting language experience.
• SQL proficiency.
• Previous CRM experience.
