What you will do

• Configure, validate, and manage end-to-end live events, promotions, and A/B tests across iOS and Android platforms.
• Control game feature setups, pricing configurations, and segmentation using back-end systems.
• Perform manual testing on live features to confirm functionality and resolve issues before deployment.
• Analyze logs and app performance metrics to identify production issues and optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate across Monetization, Economy, Product, and R&D teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify and implement workflow enhancements to streamline operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a technical, operational, engineering, or QA-related role.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to operate multiple complex applications simultaneously.
• Experience with manual testing processes in live operational environments.
• Availability to work off-hours when necessary.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Mobile QA.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages.
• Prior experience working with CRM systems.
