Senior Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead website builds and re-design projects.
• Drive internal creative, development, and QA teams.
• Build sprint plans and backlogs to support website development.
• Guide clients on project success and facilitate consensus.
• Manage project scope, status, deliverables, budgets, forecasts, POs, and invoices.
• Facilitate meetings, manage risks, and ensure quality in all deliverables.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in digital project management, supporting digital communications across various channels.
• 7+ years’ experience managing product launches, campaigns, platforms, and corporate initiatives.
• Strong technical project management background, including Agile/Sprint methodology.
• Proficiency with office and project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Keynote, and Figma.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex programs in fast-paced and changing client-facing environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
