Client Services Director

TL;DR

Client Services Director: Building, strengthening, and expanding strategic relationships with new and existing clients with an accent on client retention, sustainable growth, and positioning Matchtech as a trusted STEM talent partner. Focus on forecasting internal NFI, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and leading the Account Management team to deliver high-level service.

Location: Hybrid in Whiteley, Fareham (HQ), United Kingdom.

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Build and maintain trusted client relationships, acting as a key contact for escalations and strategic discussions.
• Forecast internal NFI and pursue opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and new business development.
• Lead and mentor the Account Management team, setting goals for high-level service delivery and conversion.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior client stakeholders and internal hirify.global leaders.
• Ensure contracts, SLAs, and agreements are delivered as specified, while identifying opportunities to streamline processes.

Requirements

• Experience in MSP, RPO, or Workforce Solutions Management.
• Proven track record of managing a portfolio of client accounts and driving new sales opportunities.
• Direct management experience of account managers/client partners (remote and in-person).
• Strong commercial acumen for forecasting, cost modelling, and strategic decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and enable high performance.
