What you will do

• Research, develop, and review scientifically accurate, evidence-based content for various medical communications documents.
• Serve as the medical delegate on Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review committees, ensuring approval of promotional and medical materials.
• Review materials to ensure data accuracy, context, and scientifically-balanced presentation, verifying substantiation of claims.
• Advise on materials and events from marketing and medical teams to ensure compliance with company policies and global ethical promotion standards.
• Create and update medical information documents such as standard response (SRs) and Q&As by assessing and summarizing published literature.
• Perform literature searches in Pubmed and Embase, critically evaluating scientific literature and extracting data for content creation.

Requirements

• Advanced bioscience or pharmacy/medical qualification (PharmD, PhD, MD, any life science background).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of scientific writing, content writing, or promotional review experience in research, life science, or pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong accountability, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines affecting the dissemination of medical communication and product promotion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to travel on an as needed basis.

Nice to have

• Experience working on platforms and tools to support creation, review, management, and tracking of medical information documents.
• Ability to work with medical information and medical affairs teams during congresses, product launches, and key data releases.
• Background and understanding of strategic communication planning, KOL profiling, and scientific meetings.
• Experience responding to medical information requests from internal and external customers.
