What you will do
- Serve as the internal advocate for assigned clients and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead Strategic Partnership Reviews to assess performance, align goals, and develop customized success plans.
- Monitor and track KPIs, driving Net Promoter Score (NPS/KLAS) improvement initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day client operations, ensuring a seamless and positive experience and contractual accountability.
- Identify and drive lead generation opportunities within existing client accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–4 years of client-facing experience with a track record of exceeding expectations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with strategic planning, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.
