Technical Support Leader Automation (Automation Engineering)

TL;DR
Technical Support Leader (Automation Engineering): Driving support, deployment, and issue resolution for the ® Factory OS™ product portfolio (PLC, SCADA, HMI) with a global perspective in automation & digital area. Focus on planning and driving deployment activities of new SW/HW releases and giving support to regions and project centers.
Location: Preferably based in Lund, but other locations could be considered.

What you will do
- Plan and drive deployment activities of new SW/HW releases with the development team and execute Plant Automation Support using our issue resolution platform
- Support the development team with requirements and feedback about the Plant Automation platform.
- Create official training material and perform training sessions in cooperation with Training Centre within this area of expertise.
- Validate and field test Plant Automation platform internally and externally to ensure the quality.
- Support and advise regions and project centers and other users on how to obtain customer requirements using ® Factory OS™.
- Coordinate activities for Automation Accounts, i.e. reviews, training, certification and support.
Requirements
- University degree/diploma in Automation engineering and a minimum of ten years of experience working with Automation and Industrial IT.
- Extensive experience in Rockwell RSLogix and/or Siemens S7 TIA PLC.
- Extensive experience in integrated PLC/HMI systems for production environments.
- Extensive Experience in SCADA HMI (preferably Ignition, Aveva and FT Optix).
- Experience in MES and MS SQL database and Reporting Services technologies.
- Fluent in English, verbally as well as in written language.
Nice to have
- Knowledge and understanding of ® Factory OS™ and/or PlantMaster™ and how its deployed in an integrated plant.
- Other languages is considered as a merit.
