What you will do
- Define and maintain frontend architecture standards across Angular, VueJS, and React products.
- Lead design decisions regarding component architecture, state management, and performance.
- Mentor and coach full-stack developers to foster technical growth and knowledge sharing.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices.
- Collaborate with backend, DevOps, and UX teams to deliver secure, performant user experiences.
- Contribute to Scrum-based delivery processes and refinement standards.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading and building modern frontend applications.
- Strong expertise in Angular, VueJS, or React.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with state management patterns like Redux, Vuex, or NgRx.
- Practical knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs and microservice architectures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control in an Agile environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working within AWS-hosted environments.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization patterns (e.g., OKTA).
- Familiarity with performance monitoring, observability, and OpenTelemetry.
- Exposure to DevSecOps tooling like Snyk.
