What you will do

• Manage global external legal counsel relationships and handle internal legal inquiries.
• Act as a strategic legal advisor to the CEO, COO, HR, Finance, Payments, and Compliance teams.
• Lead corporate governance, manage Board of Directors meetings, and oversee equity landscape including ESOPs and liquidity events.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements and manage global labor law issues.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements across all operating territories.
• Provide legal guidance on FinTech, payment regulations (AML/KYC), platform liability, and user-generated content moderation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience, preferably as a Partner in a top-tier law firm or GC/Senior Legal Counsel in a global technology company.
• Proven experience navigating the global high-tech ecosystem and its unique legal challenges.
• Deep, hands-on knowledge in Commercial Law, Equity, Global Compliance, and Labor Law.
• Comfortable participating in board-level discussions and advising executive leadership.
• Native-level fluency in English and Hebrew.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex legalities into clear, actionable business advice for executive stakeholders.
