TL;DR
Lead QA (Mobile Games): Defining and evolving the core testing strategy for Angry Birds Friends with an accent on quality metrics, vendor management, and risk assessment. Focus on driving continuous improvement of QA processes, managing external testing budgets, and ensuring high-quality live operations.
Location: Hybrid (Espoo, Finland). No relocation support provided.

What you will do
- Define and evolve the game's core testing strategy aligned with development and business goals.
- Drive key quality metrics (KPIs) and provide visibility on QA planning and activities.
- Collaborate with game leadership on risk assessments and backlog prioritization.
- Manage QA budgets, forecasting, and external vendor relationships for maximum efficiency.
- Coach in-house QA team members as a craft expert to encourage shared accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement for QA processes, tools, and release stability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in decision-making QA roles for mobile games.
- Deep experience leading QA on live mobile games and store submission processes.
- Knowledge of configuration management and live game content (e.g., A/B testing).
- Experience managing external vendors and QA budgets.
- Proficiency with test/defect management tools and data-driven KPI tracking.
- Must be based in Finland or possess a valid work permit; no relocation support is provided.
Nice to have
- Understanding of mobile Free-to-Play (F2P) games.
- Experience in automation and/or AI utilization.
