What you will do

• Be a technical expert for hirify.global products, understanding their advantages in the competitive landscape.
• Take technical ownership of a dedicated book of business, delivering tailored services to clients.
• Translate client expectations and requirements into tangible technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot live campaigns to resolve issues and improve performance and client satisfaction.
• Participate in global team efforts to improve tools and solutions by reporting bugs and escalating feature requests.
• Act as a key enabler for both technical and commercial teams, providing necessary knowledge and support.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German.
• Must be based in Barcelona and eligible to work full-time in Spain without restriction.
• Computer science-related studies.
• Work experience with web technologies (HTTP requests, cookies, HTML, and JavaScript).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of interlocutors, including client-facing experiences.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, inclusive, and vibrant workspace.

• Experience in online advertising, marketing, or consulting.
