Senior Product Test Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Design innovative multi-site hardware and software solutions to achieve low Test Time and minimize Production costs.
• Optimise and monitor Production Yield.
• Develop robust and precise ATE Characterisation and Qualification solutions.
• Collaborate with IC design engineers to define Test methodologies and lead Design-for-Test initiatives pre-silicon.
• Drive continuous improvement across the organisation.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with proven experience in mixed-signal Test Engineering.
• Strong expertise in semiconductor testing and development on IC Production Automated Test Equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of PCB layout and schematic design.
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of bench equipment.
• Deep understanding of analogue, digital, and mixed-signal electronics; interest in audio engineering is a plus.
• Experience working in a commercially driven organisation within a product development environment.
• Ability to access technical data without an export license, prohibiting nationals of certain embargoed countries without an export license.

Nice to have

• Experience developing on Teradyne UltraFLEX, or other IG-XL platforms.
• Programming skills in Python and Visual Basic.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as JMP or Spotfire.
• Experience with PCB schematics design software (Cadence Allegro, Altium).
• Understanding of audio and/or power management test techniques.
