What you will do

• Design and develop scalable fullstack solutions.
• Own features end-to-end, from implementation to production support.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Participate in on-call rotation and support critical systems.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong JavaScript and React skills.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Advanced SQL and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience with production systems and on-call support.
• Strong technical ownership and decision-making skills.
• Experience mentoring, reviewing code, and leading by example.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
