What you will do

• Design, develop, and enhance reusable web and cross-platform UI components, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Contribute to the evolution of a shared Design System used across multiple product teams.
• Support and drive the migration of existing iOS and Android screens to React Native.
• Improve accessibility and overall user experience across web and mobile platforms.
• Navigate and contribute to complex codebases, maintaining strong coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate user and business requirements into scalable frontend solutions.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with React.
• Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile development.
• Experience working with Design Systems (maintaining or scaling reusable component libraries).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working with complex frontend architectures and large codebases.
• Understanding of performance optimization and scalable UI design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• High sense of ownership and accountability for delivered solutions.
